About me
How I can help you
I'm here to help you through the “crunchy” bits in life – those times when you get thrown a curve ball and need support to navigate through it.
Whether you want silence, rest, to spill out all the junk that's been building up all week, to have a good cry or good laugh, all emotions are welcome here.
Once the needles are in and your "Qi" is flowing it's amazing what you can shift!
I feel privileged to have seen so many people transform from feeling flat to vibrant all because they have learnt to form a deep connection with their bodies.

My story
My journey to acupuncture began in my mid 20s when I had a bout of ill health and felt flawed with low energy.
After trying many things I found an amazing acupuncturist called Lily. Not only did she get my “Qi” strong she taught me Tai chi, meditation and how to make a good aduki bean soup for nourishment. It helped me so much that I eventually went back to university and retrained as an acupuncturist.
My first degree was in psychology and I loved being a mental health worker in an adolescent psychiatric unit supporting those with anxiety and depression.
Now, I am passionate about bringing together my years of natural health experience with my mental health work to offer you a session that is informative and nurturing.
Twenty years ago I started out with my mobile reflexology business while I did my four-year acupuncture degree and for the last 15 years I have run a busy home clinic while also working as an acupuncturist in a fertility clinic in London.

I look forward to meeting you!
